The Speaker waived the Finance Committee referral for the following                                 
at the request of Representative Williams, Co-chair:                                                
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 157(HES)                                                                
     "An Act relating to inpatient psychiatric services for persons who                             
     are under 21 years of age and are either eligible for medical                                  
     assistance or are in the custody of the Department of Health and                               
     Social Services."                                                                              
                                                                                                    
CSSB 157(HES) was removed from the Finance Committee and                                            
referred to the Rules Committee for placement on the calendar.
